Branding codes and explanations:

We brand all products in-house with the exception of laser engraving which is outsourced at no additional cost to the client.

Pad Printing : used for printing onto small corprate gifts like pens, rulers, keyrings, photo frames, etc.

Screen Printing : used for material based products like bags, t-shirts, lanyards, pencil cases, etc.

Digital Printing Stickers : stickers are digitally printed in full-colour and then automatically cut to any shape and size.

Dome Decals : dome stickers are coated with polyurethane to give them a three-dimensional appearance. Dome stickers can be applied to keyrings, pens, letter openers, etc.

Heat Transfer : used to print full colour images or logos onto t-shirts or bags. The process starts when you print full colour on a plastic-like material, it then gets cut out in any form and afterwards it is placed on a surface where it can be transferred with heat. This process is used to print t-shirts and bags.

Dye sublimation / Full colour process print : Dye sublimation occurs when the design is transferred from pre-printed paper onto the fabric by contact heat, then the dyes are absorbed by the fabric. Dye sublimation is great for producing clear, very well defined images in cmyk. This process is used to print lanyards, clothing, ceramic mugs, bags, mirrors, etc.

Laser Engraving : used to mark metal items like keyrings, pens, stainless steel mugs etc.

24 Hour Branding : wherever you see this sign in the catalogue, that product can be branded in 24 hours. All orders placed and artwork approved by 2pm the previous day can be collected from the Johannesburg branch from 2pm onwards the next day. Orders are limited in size to maximum of 1000 units each. Number of colours to print is limited to one, except where the product is digitally branded, then full colour prints apply.

Eco Products : this symbol points to all products that utilize environment-friendly recyclable, recycled, biodegradable and natural materials such as bamboo.
