JUNIOR PRODUCTION PLANNER
This position is ideal for a newly graduated individual or candidate with 1-2 years experience.
Plan and prepare production schedules for manufacturing
Draw up master schedule to establish sequence and lead time to meet delivery date using MRP and ERP system
Analyse production specifications and plant capacity and perform calculations to determine manufacturing processes, tools, and human resource requirements
Plan and schedule workflow for each division according to established manufacturing sequences and lead times
Prepare production reports, listing material requirements, tools, and equipment
Assist the Production Manager to manage the production schedule
Interact with internal sales team on progress and update to meet delivery date
Communicate anomalies
Prepare daily production requirements and monitor each department to minimise downtime
Monitor new product introduction
Identify potential raw material run outs and report to Management to avoid short supply
Maintain accuracy by monitoring of WIP and finished goods inventory
Requirements:
Production / planning qualification – newly graduated
Ability to perform basic and complex mathematical calculations.
Ability to perform and operate under pressure and adapts to changing conditions
Team player and good communication and interpersonal skills

BUYER
This position is suited to a young individual who is willing to be trained in the procurement / buying field.
Generate PO's
Follow up with suppliers on PO’s issued
Arranging collection of raw materials (receiving stock)
Receiving of orders
Capturing invoices and delivery notes
Compiling month-end payments
We run a JIT production system. Our ideal candidate is a fast learner, accurate, thinks on their feet, hard worker and team player, mathematically inclined.

Customer Service Assistant
We need a self-motivated individual with a flair for customer service to provide professional and timely customer query service by addressing their queries, complaints - comprising rejected orders, dispute appeals often in partnership with management, sales and production teams within the time limits set out by the company. You will be required to handle customer service queries in a manner that limits damage to the company, meets the ever-changing customer needs and complies with our values.
Duties
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
Creating a new feedback procedure for clients or improving upon the existing model and providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
Investigating – liaising with internal departments to investigate queries and solving customer problems; ranging from easy, to complicated issues
Process customer order redo’s from start to finish
Training staff on corrective measures to ensure quality is achieved at all times.
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints, reporting this to management weekly.
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Implementation and ongoing corrective training of staff and improvement of the query resolution processes
To develop, monitor and keep under review an effective and secure case management system using CRM
Undertake reviews of staff performance in the departments responsible for wastage/ reject and ensuring training needs are met, and issues in performance or attendance are appropriately addressed
Ensure that different teams across the company work together effectively to deliver high standards of support for client advice and queries. Promote and facilitate collaborative working Initiative, problem solving and decision making

Previous Customer Service experience
PC literate – MS Office
